Adam Guest is the Legal Practice Director of Guest Lawyers Pty Ltd. He started his career in 1997 and was admitted to practise in the State of Queensland in 1999 after completing two years articles. At this stage, he was predominantly doing criminal law work and commercial litigation and this set the tone for the continuation of his career.

In 2000, Adam moved to the Gold Coast and practised with a well known criminal law practice. His practice included special leave applications to the High Court and numerous appearances in the Federal Court.

In 2002, Adam was admitted to practise as a solicitor of the High Court. At this time Adam also expanded his litigation practice and acted for discriminated persons including serving Queensland Police officers. Further, Adam has been requested and has appeared in numerous Commissions of Inquiry. Adam has extensive advocacy experience, appearing in the Magistrates courts for pleas of guilty, summary trial and all applications, including bail and traffic matters. He has appeared in the District Court for pleas of guilty, for trials and appeals.
