With over 20 years' experience as a corporate adviser to some of Australia's leading companies, Andrew Hay is skilled across a wide range of experience in corporate and securities law, including insolvency and financial services.

His corporate and securities experience helps clients with their mergers and acquisitions (private and public), capital raisings, floats/IPOs, corporate structuring and restructures, international and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and administration, ASX listing rule compliance, executive and employee incentive plans, directors' duties and general corporate advice.

Andrew's financial services experience includes licensing and compliance, managed investment schemes, and venture capital arrangements.

Andrew maintains an active interest in business with Japan, after spending a number of years of practice in Tokyo; he currently leads our Japan practice nationally and is President of the Australia-Japan Society (Queensland) Inc. His expertise is sought by Japanese companies for their inbound investment into Australia, and Australian companies investing into Japan.

Andrew is also the current Chairman of the Adam Scott Foundation, which provides life opportunities for Australian children and youth.
