He possesses an in depth knowledge of Retail Leases Legislation across all States and Territories in Australia (including the Retail Leases Act) and in property law in relation to leases.

Anthony actively contributes and appears at Government inquiries on retail leasing. He was part of the Working Group commissioned by the Office of the Small Business Commissioner with respect to proposed amendments to the Retail Leases Act.
He has achieved many positive results for Australia's major retail brands, international and publicly listed retail brands, family owned and independent businesses, landlords, and new businesses entering into a lease for the first time.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (with Merit) from the University of New South Wales.Anthony's previous legal experience includes employment as a solicitor with international law firm Baker & McKenzie and Partner with Herro & Martin Solicitors.
In addition to his legal expertise, Anthony has extensive retail business experience, achieving in 1999 the Westfield Award for Retail Excellence in New South Wales (Men's Fashion.) He has previously held the position of Managing Director of a retail clothing chain for 11 years. His retail experience allows him to empathise and understand retail leasing from the practical perspective of the parties themselves.
Anthony is a LEADR & IAMA (www.leadr.com.au) Accredited Mediator with National Accreditation being registered under the Mediation Act 1997 (ACT).
