Ash Bidhendi, Precision Legal

Doyles Guide

Ash Bidhendi has substantial experience in the fields of criminal, traffic law, wills and estates. He has worked with most of the senior criminal barristers in Adelaide and has experience conducting trials and appeals as both solicitor and counsel.

Ash has experience with all forms of disciplinary matters, ranging from minor traffic offences to the most serious criminal offences including murder. He can also provide assistance in circumstances where no charges have been laid — such as where there are preliminary hearings, interviews, and investigations.

Experience has taught Ash that the advice required by clients in disciplinary matters is not limited to matters before the Court. Advice is often required in relation to concomitant matters, involving regulatory bodies that are not Courts.

Ash heads the firm’s wills and estates practice and has experience dealing with anything from basic wills to complicated testamentary trusts, probate applications, letters of administration and estate challenges. He can provide out of hours services to clients who are not mobile or just too busy during working hours.

Ash is heavily involved with Australian Rules Football at all levels, including the AFL. He is experienced in dealing with a range of tribunals at different levels. Ash is also an accredited AFL player agent.

Further to the above, Ash assists the Childhood Cancer Association Incorporated Bequest program, has assisted other charities on ‘Wills Day’, provided assistance as a mentor and supervisor to final year law students through the Flinders University Transactional Legal Practice Mentoring Scheme. Previously, he has worked with various community legal centres and was a Judge of University mooting (debating) competitions.
