Beata Leszczuk, Senior Associate and Family Law Solicitor of Hartley Healy, has practiced exclusively in Family Law since 2002.

Beata is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and has over 12 years of experience advising on all facets of family law, including complex property and children's matters.

She has extensively represented clients in complex property proceedings involving intricate business structures, including trusts and third parties, in both the Family and Supreme Courts. She is well adept with providing advice to clients on the implications family law proceedings may have on remuneration, superannuation, trust distributions, and tax (both company and personal).

Beata has advised and assisted clients to try to resolve their property and children disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes, particularly mediation. She has represented clients in parenting, child abuse, and relocation issues in the Family Court of Australia.

With her extensive knowledge and expertise Beata has been invited to present at various seminars to industry professionals.

Beata's seminar on "The Essential Facts of Family Law" Entitlements of Property Settlement" was presented to some of Queensland's most experienced professionals at the CRC Solvency Solutions Seminar on the Gold.

Beata has also presented a paper on the Court's treatment of windfall and inheritance.
