Dominic's career in law began in 1990, he joined Best Hooper in 1999 and since 2001 has been a partner practising in our Planning and Environment group. He has extensive experience in the areas of town planning, liquor licensing and land development. Dominic was ranked in the "Recommended" category of the 2016 edition of Leading Planning and Environment Lawyers published by Doyles.

His practice includes the provision of advice on the Local Government Act 1989, the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.

Dominic appears regularly as an advocate in these areas before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and before independent planning panels into land rezoning and hearings of strategic planning advisory committees, in Liquor Licensing Panels and before the courts.

Dominic is a former Board member of the Victoria Planning and Environmental Law Association.
