Travelled to the Ukraine to interview and obtain declarations from witnesses in relation to the 1943 War Crimes. R v Pfennig Murder trial involving conflicts of questions on the subject of similar fact evidence. Including an application to the High Court. R v Liddy A former magistrate charged with historical child sex offences. R v Vlassakis Snowtown bodies in the barrels trial.
