Joshua joined the NSW Police in 2002 and shortly after became a detective working in crime squads investigating extremely serious offences. After years of investigative work Joshua became a prosecutor and started studying law at the same time.
His prosecution experience saw him working in specialist legal advice units in Sydney right through to managing regional prosecution offices all around NSW. While most lawyers have one hearing per day Joshua often had to prosecute multiple matters every day.
This invaluable experience means Joshua not only knows both sides of criminal law very well but he is able to work quickly to achieve the best result for you. If there are any weaknesses or gaps in the prosecution case Joshua will find it.
