Kerry is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who, prior to founding Laity Morrow, was a partner together with Philip Laity at a national law firm.
Her technical skills and keen commercial judgement, combined with consistently responsive and professional service, ensure she is a valued and trusted adviser to clients.
Kerry has particular expertise in:
mergers and acquisitions;
corporate advisory including compliance with Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules; and
negotiating and drafting a broad range of corporate and commercial documents.
Kerry has acted for listed and unlisted companies, institutions and not-for-profit organisations whose businesses traverse a broad range of industries. She has particular experience in the tertiary education and life sciences sectors.
Kerry is a member of the Corporations Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia. She is also a director of TennisSA and of the trustee for the Australian Geographic Society.
