Peter Jackson is the Managing Solicitor for Nick Xenophon & Co. Lawyers and is responsible for the leadership, strategic development and management of the firm.
Peter has a strong client focus driven by the firm’s founding belief that “everyone is entitled to fair justice”. He understands that his clients seek commercially sensible and result driven outcomes which are cost-effective and with prompt resolution without having to result in litigation wherever possible.
Peter is a barrister and solicitor with over 15 years experience and practices across the full breadth of both personal and business law.
He joined the firm in 2004, after working in the Mid North where as a Senior Associate he advised clients in the areas of personal injury, wills, criminal law, business law and litigation.
Peter was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2001.
Peter is active with the Law Society of SA being a member of the Ethics and Practice Committee and a Board member of the Litigation Assistance Fund.
When away from work Peter devotes much of his spare time to St. John Ambulance in SA, where he has been enthusiastically involved for over 20 years. Qualifications
