Rebecca brings to the Pullos Lawyers team a background in property and commercial law as well as experience in family law. She has a Commerce degree as well as a Law degree.
Rebecca was admitted in 2006, after having worked in regional Queensland legal firms from 2002 in their property and commercial departments.
Rebecca decided to focus solely on family law in 2007, with the aim of bringing her academic and practical commercial experience to the benefit of her family law clients.
Rebecca’s experience in rural property matters, having practiced in Toowoomba for a number of years, and her experience with and understanding of complex family business structures, companies and trusts, brings significant value to her clients in the property settlement and financial matters she is engaged in.
In addition to property matters, Rebecca is able to assist her clients with their parenting arrangements and understands how important, and stressful, this aspect of a family law matter can be for clients. She has had significant and ongoing experience in the areas of Child Protection and Domestic Violence.
Rebecca has completed training in Collaborative Law, and believes that for some matters a non-litigation approach can yield the best result for her clients. She has extensive experience and expertise in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court for those matters that require the Court's intervention and is a litigator who knows the rules of Court and can apply them to the best advantage of her clients in that adversarial system.
