I have a diverse background and have held a number of professional positions since graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology.
After being admitted in the Supreme Court in April 2008, I have worked exclusively in the area of family law. Prior to working at Calverley Johnston, I have worked at a specialist family law firm Paterson & Dowding, a boutique commercial litigation firm Cullen Macleod and Lavan Legal in the Insurance and Family Law Division.
I act for clients in resolving the often difficult and sensitive issues that can arise in relation to care arrangements for children of a relationship. I have dealt with child related issues including international recovery orders, relocation and allegations of abuse of children. I have been accepted on the Legal Aid Panel and accept work as an Independent Children’s Lawyer.
I also have extensive experience in dealing with complex financial matters. I also have an interest and experience in Surrogacy matters and Guardianship Applications before the State Administrative Tribunal.
