Sharon has over 20 years' experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, general dispute resolution, trusts, equity law and professional indemnity disputes.
She has represented both corporate and private clients in all State court levels, in tribunals, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. She has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution processes including mediations, case appraisals and arbitrations.
Sharon focuses on complex estate planning, with a particular interest in assisting people with estate plans involving vulnerable beneficiaries. She works closely with accountants, financial advisers and insurance brokers to develop estate planning strategies, and then implements them through innovative and appropriate documentation.
Sharon has also been involved in a wide variety of commercial and property disputes, disputes covering trusts and other fiduciary relationships, breach of duty claims, equitable claims, constructive trust claims, unconscionable conduct claims and estate litigation involving challenges to wills, the interpretation of wills and family provision claims.
She works strategically with clients to achieve cost effective and timely resolutions to disputes that take into account the client's commercial requirements and objectives
