Doyles Guide

Since admission, Tom has worked exclusively in the area of succession law.  Even before admission as a lawyer, he was working in a law firm in Brisbane dealing with succession law and family law matters.  Throughout practise, Tom has also gained exposure to and experience in property law, criminal law and general matters of a litigious nature.  Tom has also been a volunteer solicitor for a Community Legal Centre, assisting on a pro bono basis clients who lack the resources to engage a private solicitor.

Thomas' Interests

Tom is passionate about all aspects of succession law, whether it be problem solving challenges presented by estate planning, assisting with administration of complex and intricate estates, or litigating estate matters to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.  Tom’s primary focus is on estate litigation matters.   This includes conduct of claims for further provision from an estate, to challenging the validity of a will made in questionable circumstances and any other litigation concerning wills, guardianship or succession law issues.

No matter what aspect of client matters, Tom strives to assist clients with resolving estate disputes, whether through litigation or out-of-court settlements.
