Tim Bourne is the principal of Bourne Lawyers, having established the firm in July 2000.

Tim is recognised as one of South Australia's leading employment lawyers. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Law at the Adelaide University in February 1979 and is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. He worked as a lawyer with Stanley & Partners from January 1980 until establishing his own firm in 2000. For 33 years, Tim has been working hard to achieve excellent results for his clients, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

In addition to an extensive solicitor's practice, Tim continues a high level of Counsel and court work.

Tim has been the Deputy Presiding Member of the Parole Board of South Australia since 2004.
