Wendy has been practising exclusively in Family Law and de facto relationship practice areas since 1996. Wendy is experienced in alternate dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and the collaborative law process) and conducted litigation in both the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Wendy completed her training in the collaborative law process in Arizona. Wendy is also a LexisNexis author of family law precedents.

In addition to being an accredited specialist in family law, Wendy subscribes to and adopts ‘Best Practice Guidelines’ published by the Law Council of Australia.
