Andrew Aitken is a Principal Lawyer within Coleman Greig’s Wills and Estate Planning team. With over 30 years of practical experience, Andrew is a highly skilled practitioner in the areas of estate planning, business succession, renewable energy and commercial law.
Andrew was a pioneer in Australia in advising numerous landowners of proposed wind and solar farms. For over a decade his advice has been highly sought after to help protect and educate dozens of landowners in this specialised and unique area of law. He helps landowners make informed decisions about their land when approached with proposals from the renewable energy industry. He also assists many farmers with their rural succession and estate planning.
