Prior to his admission to the Supreme Court, Lee was a member of the Queensland Police for over a decade, which included working at the Criminal Justice Commission, now known as the Crime and Corruption Commission.
With the experience gained in law enforcement, Lee has the knowledge of how prolonged and in-depth investigations are conducted and the necessary evidence required by police to prove their case.
Lee has a passion and proven track record when it comes to search warrants and unlawful searches, along with successful applications to have evidence excluded.
