Luke is an Associate practising predominantly in Wills & Estates and is passionate about making life as simple as possible for people who are dealing with the loss of a loved one.
Luke’s experience covers advising clients in relation to Estate Planning; drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney; advising clients in relation to grants of Probate and Letters of Administration; preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration; assisting Executors with all facets of the process of Estate administration.
In the areas of Estate Disputes and Litigation Luke provides advice on contested wills and estate disputes (TFM claims) together with disputes with executors.
Luke’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia and to support his commitment to his Wills and Estates clients Luke is a member of the LIV’s Elder Law Committee.
