Rohani is a Special Counsel with extensive legal experience in Wills & Estates.
For over 15 years Rohani has practiced exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trusts, deceased estate administration and estate litigation and disputes.
Her depth of expertise is incredibly broad from advising on the succession of wealth via asset structuring, trusts, superannuation, and wills (including statutory wills); establishing and advising on the creation of inter vivos (during lifetime) trusts, including discretionary trusts, fixed trusts, sole purpose trusts, capital protected trusts, trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries and other bespoke trust deeds through to assisting with future planning for people with disabilities via structuring, including but not limited to advice and preparation of special disability trusts and bespoke protective trusts.
Rohani holds positions on several key committees that support her commitment to the Wills & Estates industry. Rohani is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), Vice-President of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers’ Association, a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Succession Law Executive Committee, and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Disability Law Committee.
Rohani holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) where she was awarded the Law School prize for Family Property and Financial Disputes.
