Vy is a solicitor of the Inheritance Law Division at Robbins Watson Solicitors and works under QLS Accredited Specialist, Consultant and 2017 President of Queensland Law Society Christine Smyth.
In pursuit of a beach lifestyle, Vy moved from Brisbane and joins Robbins Watson Solicitors with experience in inheritance law, corporate, commercial and property law. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and graduated from Bond University with her Post Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training.
Vy’s approachable and down to earth personality makes it easy for her to work alongside clients to understand their circumstances and provide practical solutions and advice for their estate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Vy has assisted clients with analysing their financial and family circumstances, providing comprehensive advice with recommendations for their estate planning and drafting the necessary documents.
Additionally, Vy has assisted clients with the full administration of deceased estates, providing estate administration services including advice to executors on their legal rights and obligations, transmission applications and applications to the Supreme Court for grants of probate.
