Amy Fisher, Succession Legal

Amy is a Deakin University alumnus, having graduated in 1999 with the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. She commenced working at KPMG as a Tax Consultant before being admitted to practice law in Victoria in 2002.

Amy has worked in private practice since being admitted and is experienced in property and business matters, and while she still operates in these areas, her major interest and practice area is estate planning. She has also spent time working in the financial planning industry and understands the importance of preparing an estate plan.

Amy is one of a small number of lawyers throughout Victoria who have gained accreditation by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Specialist in the field of Wills and Estates.

Amy has recently gone on to complete further Post Graduate study completing a Professional Certificate in Self Managed Superannuation Funds through the University of Adelaide.

Being involved with her community is important to Amy and this is reflected through her contribution to various local charities and special interest groups. Amy’s strong connection to the local community can be seen through her family ties as they too own and operate a small business in Geelong.
