Ashley is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.
He has conducted litigation in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the United States of America, New Zealand as well as throughout Australia.
Ashley’s experience extends to competition law disputes, extra-jurisdictional litigation with financial institutions, construction disputes, appeals to the Planning and Environment Court and insolvency matters.
His clients and industry experience includes large insolvency firms, retail store chains, commercial and residential property developers, internet barons, local governments, board members of public companies, professional sporting teams and elite athletes.
Ashley is a guest lecturer at various universities in the areas of civil procedure, evidence and Corporations Law. Ashley also regularly presents to insolvency industry groups. He is also involved in sports management representing identities from rugby union, rugby league, surfing, cricket and motor racing fraternities.
Ashley serves on the Firm’s Advisory Board.
