Bree Knoester is a Partner at Adviceline Injury Lawyers, and the Managing Partner of the firm’s personal injury practice.
An expert in industrial injuries and diseases including asbestos and dust diseases, Bree regularly advises clients on their legal entitlements following a diagnosis of work related injury or an asbestos related disease.
Bree is dedicated to ensuring that her clients are properly compensated for their injuries and thrives on providing advice and support to her clients throughout their whole case. Her advocacy skills are an important part of her skill-set, enabling her to successfully advocate for her clients and negotiate excellent outcomes.
Prior to joining Adviceline Injury Lawyers, Bree was at the Victorian Bar. As a barrister, Bree acted for people injured at work, in transport accidents, outside of the home or as a result of medical negligence. During this time Bree was involved in many of the largest cases and settlements in personal injury litigation in Victoria, as well as landmark cases involving compensation paid to victims of sexual abuse and severely brain injured workers.
Bree is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and is on the Editorial Committee for Precedent Magazine. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Dart Centre for Journalism and Trauma (Asia Pacific) and a major sponsor of the Gippsland Asbestos Related Diseases Support Inc (GARDS)/Asbestos Council of Victoria.
Born and raised in Traralgon, Bree appreciates the benefit of not having to travel into the city to meet with a lawyer.
