Bruce Tilley focuses exclusively in the field of family law. He is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law and nationally accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
His extensive experience covers a wide range of issues in the field of family law, from negotiating complex property settlements and family business restructuring, to representing children in Court proceedings to ensure their best interests are considered. Bruce is also trained in collaborative family law, is a member of Collaborative Professionals NSW and was a founding member of Western Sydney Collaborative Family Lawyers (WSCFL).
For the past 30 years, Bruce has also participated in mediations, as a legal representative, co-chair or Mediator. Bruce completed his training at Bond University and is qualified as a Nationally Accredited Mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Bruce was among the first group of solicitors in New South Wales to gain specialist accreditation in Family Law in 1993. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators, a Law Society of NSW Panel Mediator, and an Independent Children’s Lawyer appointed by the Family Court.
