Charlie was admitted to legal practice in 1990 and has been in private practice continuously since. He is passionate about helping clients and providing sensible advice, solutions, and options. He prides himself on treating each client as an important individual and as if he or she were a member of his family. Charlie is very approachable and offers after hours and weekend appointments as required to ensure that the unique needs of each of his clients are met.
As well as being a lawyer, Charlie is trained in the Collaborative Law method of dispute resolution and is also a mediator. Wherever reasonably possible, Charlie encourages a sensible non-Court resolution to legal issues, together with a preventative approach. Where Court action is required, Charlie will assist clients in attempting to resolve matters sensibly thus minimising the financial and non-financial costs of an ongoing dispute.

Charlie was born to a large, close immigrant family and grew up working on the family market garden. He speaks Italian and spends his time away from the law with family and friends, cooking, traveling and helping to manage a family owned cafe. Charlie draws on his business a life experiences and over 25 years in the law to provide clients with holistic and sensible legal advice.
