Craig specialises in Succession law in Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Edith Cowan University (WA) and has finalised a Masters of Applied Law majoring in Wills and Estates Practice (LLM). Eventually, Craig aspires to become one of Western Australia’s leading authorities in succession law and aims to undertake Doctoral level studies in the field in the near future.
Craig was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in November of 2011 and the High Court of Australia in December of 2014.
Craig’s day to day practice includes contentious and non-contentious probate (both simple and complex), succession law litigation and estate planning (simple and complex). Such litigation, including but not limited to, proceedings under the Family Provision Act 1972 (WA) and other equitable jurisdictions of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
