Dan Collins, Talbot Sayer

Dan is head of Talbot Sayer’s property and agribusiness practices.

He has experience in a wide range of property law matters, from advising property developers, institutional investors and private landowners on their commercial, residential and industrial portfolios, to assisting farming families and agribusiness companies with their rural interests.

Dan has previously worked as in-house counsel for one of Australia’s largest property development and construction companies.

Dan was formerly head of the food and agribusiness practice, and partner in the real estate division, at McCullough Robertson Lawyers.

He is commercially focused whilst ensuring his client’s interests are adequately protected.
