Daniel Loreck, DCH Legal

Doyles Guide

Daniel studied law at Murdoch University and graduated in 2004.

After admission to legal practice in 2005, Daniel was employed as a solicitor at the Legal Aid Commission and at the Mental Health Law Centre.

During this time, Daniel practiced criminal and restraining order litigation, specialising in cases involving domestic violence and mental illness.

Daniel joined DCH Legal Group in 2008 and became a senior associate in 2013.  He has experience in all areas of family law, including complex child welfare and financial litigation.

Daniel is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association and the LEADR Association of Dispute Resolvers.

He is presently studying a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) and is working towards accreditation as a nationally accredited mediator.
