Jeremy has over 12 years of experience practising in property and commercial law. In the property sphere, he advises regularly on residential and commercial property transactions, property development, stamp duty issues, finance, building and leasing matters.

Jeremy has extensive experience in advising small and medium size enterprises on general commercial matters including structuring, the sale and purchase of businesses, lending and finance and the preparation of commercial contracts and agreements.

He has an unwavering commitment to providing clients with clear, practical and timely advice with a focus on helping clients navigate the legal landscape so that they can achieve their long term objectives.

Jeremy is a graduate of Monash University with degrees in Law and Arts and is also a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon, having served as a part time officer in the Army Reserve during his university and early working years.
