Joe began his venture into the Legal Profession in 2005 after returning from a year spent working and backpacking around Europe. He undertook a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Business (majoring in International Relations) at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. He was also the Griffith University Student Law Association President in 2008 & 2009.
Whilst in his final year of University Joe began working as a Law Clerk with a leading Criminal Law firm balancing the fine line between study and full time employment. Upon completion of his degree Joe immediately began the Legal Practice Course at Griffith University whilst still maintaining full time employment. From 2010 to 2017 Joe was an integral member of a prominent Gold Coast firm before joining the team at Howden Saggers Lawyers in June 2017.
Joe has been heavily immersed in the practice of Criminal Law since he began his legal career and is well aware of the issues and complexities that affect the people of Queensland. Joe’s strong communication and advocacy skills have seen him rise up against a number of challenges. He a passionate and dedicated advocate who strives for nothing but the best outcome for his clients.
Joe has extensive experience in a number of criminal law matters, from murder to cattle stealing and drug trafficking to bribery, Joe the experience to provide representation in any criminal or quasi-criminal matter.
