Kathy Karadimas is a Senior Associate at Ellis Palmos & Co. Kathy represents clients who have suffered injury at work, through transport accidents or from slips and falls.
Kathy is committed to ensuring clients are aware of their legal rights under personal injury law and provides advice regarding their no-fault benefits as well as potential common law damages. She has extensive litigation experience across Victorian Courts and Tribunals.
She is passionate about her work and in ensuring that her clients receive just compensation and treatment for the injuries they have suffered. Kathy does this best by ‘getting to know’ her clients and establishing a rapport with them. This assists her in striving to obtain the most favourable outcome for their individual circumstances.
Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Kathy has worked at other law firms over several years and has assisted many injured persons with their rights and entitlements under WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability law.
Kathy was admitted to practice law in 2007. She completed her law degree at Victoria University, graduating with Honours. She also holds a Business degree. Before becoming a lawyer, Kathy worked in the music industry.
When she is not in Court or glued to her desk, she spends time with her family and friends, travelling and has a keen passion for music and fashion. She is also a Carlton supporter.
Kathy is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Australian Lawyers' Alliance, Victorian Women Lawyers and Hellenic Australian Lawyers.
