Kondwani graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2006. Thereafter, he clerked at an American commercial and general practice firm in Seattle, Washington. He returned to Australia and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2007 and the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008.
Kondwani joined O’Sullivan Davies in 2016 having previously been a Partner at Calverley Johnston Lawyers and an Associate at a boutique family law firm in Cottesloe.
Kondwani practices in all areas of Family Law including complex financial matters involving trusts, companies, businesses and deceased estates through to children’s cases involving child abuse, domestic violence and interstate and international relocation.
Kondwani is a casual lecturer at the College of Law (Perth) where he teaches law graduates the Family Law Unit.
