Leith is a Senior Associate and practises in the Family Law Department. She brings a wealth of experience in resolving all aspects of family law disputes. Leith became a lawyer in 2001 and has practised exclusively in the area of family law for more than 13 years. Her experience and training as a Mediator and an Independent Children’s Representative means Leith understands the dynamics involved in family disputes and role each part has to play to resolve the disputes. She has also completed collaborative training and particularly enjoys assisting clients to resolve their disputes with a less adversarial approach by applying collaborative practices.
Leith has lived in the Burdekin and practised as a family lawyer in Townsville, throughout her career. She has a large base of clients throughout North Queensland who come from a range of backgrounds including farming or rural.
