Kim also assists clients who are entering into new relationships by preparing Financial Agreements (commonly known as “pre-nuptial” agreements) which govern how their assets will be deal with during the relationship and post-separation. She works with the clients’ other trusted advisors to ensure that their intentions for their estate are protected.
