Nick is a specialist M&A corporate lawyer, with more than 14 years’ experience advising a range of Australian and international clients on their most important and challenging M&A transactions.

Nick has an outstanding track record of delivering successful outcomes to his clients. He is highly regarded for his strategic thinking, and brings exceptional commercial and legal insight to the table.

Prior to joining Clarendon Lawyers in 2010, Nick spent four years in Hong Kong with Norton Rose Fullbright, where he advised on numerous high-profile cross-border transactions.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is also admitted in Hong Kong.
