Adam is a leading advisor to clients within the energy and resources, infrastructure and government sectors in relation to construction and infrastructure projects, risk management and governance matters.

Adam provides full project life cycle advice to his clients including project delivery method selection, contract and tender documentation preparation, contract administration advice and dispute resolution.

In addition to his projects experience, Adam has amassed broad ranging experience advising clients in relation to the management of corporate risk and governance issues and is frequently sought after to develop and execute strategies for the conduct of corporate disputes.

Recognised for his pragmatic, forthright advice, client service focus and depth of understanding of his clients’ businesses, Adam regularly advises in close collaboration with and embedded within his clients’ management teams and is often called upon to co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams of internal client representatives and other external advisors.

Adam’s leading client list includes Rio Tinto, Queensland Airports Limited (the owner of Gold Coast, Townsville, Mt Isa and Longreach airports) and Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation. Adam also acts for various developers, contractors and industry consultants.
