In 2003 Paul again made a decision to practice independently and founded Paul Alvaro Lawyers at Grange Road, Flinders Park. Initially, Paul was assisted only by a paralegal but over time the practice grew and now consists of 6 solicitors, 2 consulting solicitors, 3 paralegals and 7 support staff. The practice now operates out of 2 locations, Flinders Park and Salisbury.
Paul is married with two sons and has always been actively involved in events within the Italian community.
Paul’s vision has always been to operate a specialised team of personal injury lawyers within a boutique firm where both clients and staff feel comfortable and supported, and where clients are provided with a high level of expertise, practical and relevant advice, and the best possible standards in relation to file maintenance and work practices.
