Doyle's Guide

Paul Sofield, Tindall Gask Bentley

Doyles Guide

Paul practices workplace, disciplinary,  criminal, compensation, regulatory law, and has built a reputation as a hard-working, passionate advocate for client rights with a keen sense of what is right and fair. His priorities are ensuring his clients are protected and that the principles of natural justice such as the right to a fair and unbiased hearing are adhered to.

Justice has been the common thread throughout his career. He was a police officer in Western Australia for 17 years, achieving the rank of detective. He has also worked in corporate law and as an international risk and compliance consultant.  Paul worked both nationally and internationally consulting on and managing risk for global corporations in the resources industry.

In the police force he built relationships with people from all walks of life. It is this ability to communicate, and break down complex matters into easy-to-understand legal principles, that makes him popular with clients.

Paul takes a pragmatic approach to the law. He feels great loyalty to his clients’ causes and always champions their rights. It is this approach that puts clients at ease, knowing they have someone so dedicated in their corner.
