Richele Nelsen commenced work with GMP Contesting Wills Lawyers after graduating from her combined degree in Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Criminology in 2010. The combination of Social Science with Law has provided Richele with a unique view and understanding of all demographics, allowing her to relate and empathise with her clients and their situation.
Richele obtained outstanding achievements in her studies, including winning the de Groots award for exceptional results in Wills & Succession Law. Richele has always had a passion for practicing in Wills & Estate Law and this has continued throughout her career at GMP.
Richele has dealt with many different types of will dispute claims ranging from testamentary capacity and undue influence to intestacy and family provision claims. Richele has run family provision claims in almost every Australian state and territory including NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA and WA.
Vibrant and motivated, Richele is determined to help her clients receive what is fair. Strong willed and motivated, Richele has time and time again demonstrated that she will aggressively pursue the best result for each and every client she represents, continuously exceeding her client’s expectations in the results she has achieved.
Under the guidance of the senior lawyers at GMP, Richele has been able to develop her understanding and experience in the firm’s areas of practice. Richele’s main areas of practice include Will Disputes & Family Provision Claims.
When Richele isn’t working hard at the office, in her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, travelling and snowboarding.
