Trent Johnson, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers

Doyles Guide

Trent Johnson is a Senior Associate at Maurice Blackburn, based in our Caboolture office on the Sunshine Coast. He is a prominent lawyer in his field in Queensland, and is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist. Trent holds degrees in nursing and law, and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2004.

“I became a lawyer because I wanted to stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves against well-resourced defendants. Every day I represent innocent people and their families who have been wronged by others.”

Trent is especially skilled in litigation and negotiation. He is a strategic lawyer who always puts his clients’ needs first throughout the legal process. Trent also has a thorough and empathetic understanding of families facing a multitude of stresses at once.

“As an advocate for the rights of the individual, I have been involved in many David and Goliath battles. I enjoy representing everyday Australians against corporate negligence. I am inspired to keep fighting for them because I know that however tough my day is, that is nothing compared to what my clients are going through.”

Trent is a good communicator who explains each step of the legal process to his clients, especially the importance of negotiation and mediation. Most of his cases settle out of court within a few months of Trent taking on the matter.

Trent can share more about his particular area of legal expertise if you contact him directly.
