As head of our renowned Wine Business Unit, Will and his dedicated team have helped make us Australia’s leading firm in wine law. Will helps clients with mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, business succession, buying and selling of wine brands and vineyards and establishing foreign distribution agreements (including in China). He also acts in a range of disputes, helps wineries formulate grape procurement and wine distribution strategies as well as developing supply, processing, bottling and distribution contracts.
Will is not only a wine lawyer, but a vigneron himself, having established Will Taylor Wines in 1997 with his wife, Suzanne. When clients come to Will, he doesn’t just pull a generic template off the shelf for their matter.
