Anneka has obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of New England. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, a NSW Law Society Practising Certificate, a Master in Applied Law majoring in Commercial Litigation, and has completed the College of Law’s Legal Practice Management Course. Anneka is also an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation via the Law Society of New South Wales.
Anneka joined Stacks Law Firm in Tamworth in 2013. Now specialising in litigation and commercial transactions, Anneka likes to works with clients who have a dispute and wish to have their complaint or dispute resolved. She uses her negotiation and communication skills to ensure that clients are clear about possible outcomes, resulting in more amicable and cost-effective results for all parties.
Anneka has a keen interest in dispute resolution. Anneka is a realist. She looks at the real life practicality of her client’s legal problem and helps to find realistic outcomes.
Born and raised on the Mid North Coast, Anneka loves to visit the beach frequently. Anneka is a people person and brings with her the ability to build great rapport with her clients. Anneka communicates in a friendly and compassionate manner, with a strong sense of reality.
