Stacey has practised in all areas of family law since her admission in 2015, including property settlement, spousal maintenance, parenting, child support, divorce and financial agreements. Her previous commercial experience allows her to hit the ground running in financial matters involving complex property pools (including entity structures, trading businesses, self-managed superannuation and taxation issues) and other complex financial issues, and to provide advice with respect to asset structuring from a family law perspective. Stacey also has extensive experience in complex parenting matters, including matters involving serious allegations and international relocation.
Stacey believes that each matter requires a tailored strategic approach, and has strong skills in negotiation, mediation and a broad range of litigation, including arbitration and final hearings
