Timothy (affectionately known to his clients as “Tim”) serves as the Legal Practitioner Director of HTW Legal Group Pty Ltd (HTW Legal Group). Since being admitted as a solicitor, he has gained extensive experience across various areas of law, representing clients both domestically and internationally.

With over a decade of experience in the legal profession, Tim recognised the opportunity to offer more to his clients. This realisation led him to establish HTW Legal Group in 2020, where his mission is to deliver astute legal advice, top-notch service, and a personalised experience. His dedication has earned him a reputation as a trusted strategic advisor for his clients.

Tim specialises in major commercial and residential property development matters. Having grown up in the Brisbane-Gold Coast region, he possesses valuable insider knowledge that has greatly benefited clients undertaking development projects in the area. Whether handling multi-million dollar residential developments, multi-tenant commercial properties, or retail shopping centers, Tim’s primary focus is on empowering his clients by providing the expertise and representation needed to achieve profitable outcomes.

Throughout his career, Tim has also successfully represented numerous clients in civil litigation, investment migration, and general property matters.

Beyond his legal work, Tim is an accomplished pianist, having dedicated 25 years to honing his skills. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his passion for music and creativity. Additionally, Tim is an avid foodie, often sampling the Gold Coast’s finest cafés and restaurants. In recent times, his culinary adventures have become more home-focused since he recently welcomed a cavoodle named Mei Mei into his life.
