I am a senior planning and environment lawyer who provides strategic assistance in relation to planning approvals, compliance and enforcement, environmental planning and protection, local government, biodiversity, and compulsory acquisition. This includes regularly acting for both applicants and consent authorities in the NSW Land and Environment Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.
I am also a qualified town planner with more than 10 years experience obtaining planning approvals and assessing a variety of complex projects. I provide planning and development advice, undertake due diligence assessments, negotiate planning and works in kind agreements, and project manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver and assess good planning outcomes across a broad range of projects.
