Jane Koelmeyer is a principal in our Family Law team and is based in the Melbourne office. She is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Family Law Specialist.

Jane specialises in matters involving:

• complex financial settlements
• financial agreements (prenuptial and cohabitation agreements)
• complex issues relating to children.

She has heard and determined appeals against administrative decisions on child support assessments, providing her an insight and understanding of the child support system – a particularly complex area.

Jane also advises on spousal maintenance, separation agreements and relocation disputes.

With clients located both in Australia and overseas, Jane also assists foreign residents residing in Australia with family law matters.
