Margaret Linden, Linden Legal

Margaret is an accredited Family Law specialist with over 35 years of experience in legal practice. During the whole of her career, she has practised in Family Law and solely in that area, since 1992. Margaret is a respected family lawyer and mediator. She combines her skills and experience as a litigator and mediator to resolve complex Family Law matters in a timely and cost effective manner.

Margaret has been an examiner for Family Law Specialist Accreditation for the Law Society of NSW. She is currently on the Appeals Board. Until recently she was a long-standing member of the Family Issues Committee of the Law Society of NSW. The Family Issues Committee advises the Law Society on Family Law developments and prepares submissions which ultimately are made to State and Federal governments on changes to Family Law.
