With over 10 years’ experience advising on corporate, transactional and commercial matters, Tom has acted on a wide range of M&A transactions, including competitive sales processes. He has a particular expertise in capital raising, from early round investments to initial public offerings, advising on over $2 billion of equity investment. Tom is also skilled in corporate structuring. He publishes regularly on corporate law and has previously contributed to AICD’s Company Director’ magazine.
