Peter understands the intricacies and business drivers of each of his clients and is able to tailor his approach to align with their needs.

Peter’s experience is unrivalled. He led and successfully defended the largest personal injury claim in Australian litigation history with the claim being in excess of $100 million arising out of the death of the plaintiffs’ son on a school camp.
